Introduction for XP:
When you extract this file , it has 2 files:
* NToskrnl.exe
* VistaVG Seven Boot Screen.tbs
1st way :Use Replacer to copy file NToskrnl.exe on the file has the same name in system folder %windir%System32.
2nd way:Use Tuneup Utilities,choose Win Styler 2,next to Boot Screen to apply file VistaVG Seven Boot Screen.tbs

Introduction for Vista:
When you extract it has 2 files :
* winload.exe.mui
* VistaVG Seven Boot Screen for Vista.tbs
1st way: Use Take ownership to replace file "winload.exe.mui" in folder %windir%System32en-US by file you have just download above
Next :Click Start--->Run , type msconfig, ---> Tab “Boot” and choose“Microsoft Windows Vista"
Switch (Enable) “No GUI Boot” and Apply
2nd way: Use Tuneup Utilities
